Your premium reconstructed wig service will take 10-15 business days AFTER Silk Opulence receives your wig by postal mail to complete. Silk Opulence will not be held responsible for any delivery failures, mishaps, or delays (of the wig sent to us). Once Silk Opulence successfully receives your wig, you will be notified to the email that was provided to us for the service. When your wig service is ready to be ship back to you, you will receive a tracking number via email.
